Thao was born and raised in Brisbane. She studied at the Queensland University of Technology and graduated with a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Business (Management) in 2009. She was admitted as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of Queensland in 2011.

Thao has been working exclusively in personal injury compensation law since 2008. She is passionate about helping people navigate the complex legal system and obtain access to justice, especially those who find themselves in difficult and vulnerable situations through no fault of their own.

Thao has extensive experience in the areas of motor vehicle accidents, public liability, workers’ compensation and total and permanent disability benefit claims. She brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise having previously worked at plaintiff firms representing injured claimants as well as at several defendant insurance firms acting for large insurance companies in Queensland.

Thao understands that the claim process can be a challenging time for clients. She is committed to providing clients with informed legal advice about the specific circumstances of their claim and help them achieve the best possible outcome.

Thao is friendly, approachable and prides herself on providing clients with clear and thorough advice so that they have all the necessary information to make important decisions about their claim.

  • Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice
