Steven Li joined Longton Compensation Lawyers in November 2024 and was admitted as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of New South Wales in October 2025. He completed his Juris Doctor at the University of Sydney in December 2024, following a Bachelor of Commerce in Business Analytics and Business Information Systems from the University of Sydney.

Steven practises primarily in workers’ compensation and is involved in the conduct of a broad range of personal injury matters. Since joining Longton, he has developed a strong understanding of the workers’ compensation scheme and is committed to assisting injured workers navigate complex legal and procedural issues. His approach to practice emphasises clarity, diligence, and practical problem-solving, with a focus on achieving fair and just outcomes for clients.

Steven values clear and compassionate communication and is particularly mindful of the challenges faced by clients during periods of injury and financial uncertainty. He is dedicated to advocating for individuals in vulnerable circumstances and takes a careful and client-focused approach to his work.
