Samantha has over 20 years experience in personal injury law and has practiced in the areas of Institutional Abuse, Public Liability, Medical Negligence, Work Injury Damages and Workers Compensation claims. Having worked in all facets of a law firm, Samantha is well versed in the legal system and requirements.

Samantha strives to help people which is why she chose to practice in personal injury law. She is sympathetic, imparts confidence and trust when dealing with clients which allows her to achieve the best possible outcome.

Samantha regularly appears in the District and Supreme Court, and has significant experience with arbitration hearings. She also has practiced in the Supreme Court, conducting administrative law claims and has been involved in Supreme Court Judicial Review litigation.

Samantha goes above and beyond to ensure that her clients understand the legal process and what is required of them to enable the best possible outcome.
