Laura is a Special Counsel in our Civil Litigation and Personal Injury practice. Laura has a background working in the Department of Family and Community Services.

Laura has a diverse practice helping clients who have suffered losses in motor vehicle accidents, public liability claims, intentional tort/assault matters, medical negligence, professional negligence, nervous shock claims, Compensation to Relatives and Workers Compensation/ Work Injury Damages matters.

Laura has experience running commercial disputes including breach of contract, Australian Consumer Law and debt recovery matters. Laura has the carriage of matters in the Equity Division of the Supreme Court of NSW.

Laura has experience litigating in different jurisdictions in New South Wales, the Australian Capital Territory, Queensland and Victoria.

Laura’s achievements include working on a catastrophic medical negligence claims in the Supreme Court of Victoria and successfully appealing a leading authority on advocates immunity in the High Court of Australia.
