Senior Associate

Patrick forms part of our litigation and personal injury team and was admitted as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of New South Wales in 2014. Soon after his admission, he was appointed a Judge’s Associate in the District Court of New South Wales where he gained valuable insight and in-court experience.

Since that time, Patrick has worked across boutique and large national firms with a focus on dispute resolution and litigation. Whilst Patrick predominantly acts for corporations that find themselves in disputes of a commercial nature, he also acts for individuals in personal injury matters.

Patrick has represented clients in almost all jurisdictions and is well-versed in resolving a diverse range of matters, including:

  • property disputes relating to ownership, easements and caveats;
  • contractual disputes, including commercial, retail and residential leasing;
  • debt disputes, including statutory demands, winding-up applications and enforcement;
  • class 1 & 2 disputes in the Land & Environment Court; and
  • personal injury cases including medical negligence and public liability.
